Taste Nostalgic and Creative Flavors

Made with ingredients from local farms, Van Smokey takes your taste buds on a journey to the Catskill Mountains in Southeastern New York. Founder Jeff Prybolsky, often referred to as "Van Smokey," started this brand as a way to honor his father. As a kid living in Delaware, Jeff would wake up early and go crabbing with his dad to catch dinner.

Each time they went crabbing, he brought jerky as a snack. Later on, the two built a smokehouse to make their own jerky they could enjoy together. After his dad's passing, Jeff moved to the Catskills and built a smokehouse in his backyard. His creations provide a way to connect with his dad and his community.

Today, Van Smokey has set up shop in Livingston Manor and continues to develop creative flavors. Explore the following options:
